Frequently Asked Wedding Venue Questions

What are the timings for an events?

Events are blocked for 11-hour period, 3 hours of set up for vendors, 6 hours of guest/event time and 2 hour for vendor breakdown. The latest the event may run is 12:30am on Friday and Saturdays, and 11:30pm Sunday through Thursday.

May I hold the ceremony & reception at WFM?

Absolutely! Also at no additional cost

Do you have a preferred list of caterers?

We will provide you with our extensive recommended vendors list!

Is there an area for the bridal party to prepare?

The bridal party may pamper themselves in our beautiful bridal rooms at no additional charge.

Is there parking available for my guests?

There is ample free parking; a shuttle will be provided to transport guests from and to the parking lot

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Yes! Please stock up on all your favorites! 

What happens if it rains our wedding day?

We transform The Main Room into a beautiful ceremony area. We have outstanding partner tent companies as well.

Do you provide a day of coordinator?

No, we include a venue site manager. We do highly recommend you hire a professional DOC.

How many guest can I invite to my event?

WFM can accommodate up to 400 guests for a sit down event inside.

Do you allow pets?

You most definitely may bring your best friends!

How many events do you hold in a day?

One unique event per day

Are there hotels close by?

Yes there are over 8 hotels within a 5 mile radius from White's Ferry Manor.
